    • Compensation: $400.00 per week.

    • Role: Leadership role with additional responsibilities.

    • Responsibilities: Mentoring junior staff, enhancing camp experience.

    • Compensation: $500.00 per week.

    • Role: Key leadership position managing a camp unit or age group.

    • Responsibilities: Bunk operations, relationship building, policy enforcement.

    • Compensation: $600.00 - $650.00 per week.

    • Role: Assist in supervising staff and developing programs.

    • Responsibilities: Overseeing activities, resource management, unit record maintenance.

    • Compensation: $700.00 per week.

    • Role: Directing and overseeing a unit.

    • Responsibilities: Staff supervision, program engagement, problem-solving.

    • Compensation: $800.00/week (1st year), $900.00/week (2nd year).

    • Role: Lead specialized activities.

    • Responsibilities: Educational and engaging session leadership.

    • Compensation: Based on experience.

Dates: June 3, 2024, to August 2, 2024

Work Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Staff Meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM.

Staff Requirements

  • Physical Qualifications: Ability to perform various tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • General Responsibilities: Ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment, managing camper needs, and maintaining high standards of care and safety.

  • Mandatory Staff Training: Required for all new and returning members.
