Half Day Price (Pre-K Only)
$295 (9:00 am to 12:30 pm)

Full Day Early Bird Price (Pre-K, Kids, Tweens, CIT)
$400 (when registered between February 4 - March 4)

Full Day Summer Tuition (Pre-K, Kids, Tweens, CIT)
$450 (when registered between March 5 to Summer)

Before Care
$50/week (7:30 am - 8:45 am)

 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Scholarships are available to help make camp more affordable for everyone! The scholarship application opens February 4, 2024. Scholarships are given on a first come first serve basis. You must apply for camp to be able to apply for a scholarship.

Payment and Discounts

Final Payment Deadline: The entire balance of camp fees must be paid no later than June 1, 2024. Accounts with balances as of June 2, 2024, will forfeit any Early Bird or Springtime discounts granted at the time of initial registration. Registrations on or after June 2, 2024, must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Deposit and Camp Fees:

  • A non-refundable $100/camper registration fee is required for each child registered.

    • The registration process includes a non-refundable fee, followed by a $100 deposit for each week to reserve your camper's spot. This deposit is refundable until April 1, 2024.

  • The full balance of camp fees is due by June 1, 2024.

  • Accounts with outstanding balances as of June 1, 2024, will incur a 50.00 late fee.

Payment Options:

  1. Pay in full at the time of registration.

  2. Pay in two equal installments on March 1st and June 1st.

  3. Pay in four equal installments on March 1st, April 1st, May 1st and June 1st.

Available Discounts:

  • Early Bird Pricing: Save $100 for each child enrolled for 6 weeks or more, starting February 4, 2024!

  • Scholarships: Available to make camp more accessible. Applications open on February 4, 2024, and are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Inquiries can be directed to kat@inthecitycamps.org.

Changing Weeks:

The registration fee includes one date change. Subsequent changes incur a $20 fee per child. Changes are subject to availability. Please notify us of date changes as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If In the City Camps cancels the camp, full refunds, including registration and security fees, will be provided.

  • If a family cancels, the $100 registration deposit is non-refundable. Additional refunds are as follows:

    • Cancel by April 1, 2024 or before, for a full refund (excluding the non-refundable $100/child registration fee).

    • Cancel by April 2, 2024 and after, for a 50% refund on weekly tuition (excluding the non-refundable $100/child registration fee).

  • No refunds for no-shows, same-week cancellations, absences, late arrivals, or early withdrawals once the camp week begins.

Non Profit Professional Discount

Are you dedicating your time and energy to a non-profit organization? We at In the City Camps have a special offer just for you. As a token of appreciation for your valuable contributions to the community, we are thrilled to announce a 10% discount on the final summer 2024 tuition for anyone who works at a non-profit organization for a minimum of 20 hours a week (part-time).

We believe in supporting those who support others, and this is our way of saying thank you for all that you do. Get ready for an unforgettable summer experience at a more affordable rate. Just present proof of your non-profit employment when you enroll, and the discount is yours!
